Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the process of completing your order in the shopping cart based on the total weight, volume, and shipping address of the order.

Each product corresponds to a specific transport cost as it results from an automatic calculation. The shipping cost of each product is displayed on the product page but also at each step of the cart if the user chooses it.

The final transport cost of the order is calculated during the last step of the cart where the user is asked to fill in the postal code (ZIP code) to which it will be delivered and is equal to the sum of the transport costs of each of the products in the cart.

If the ZIP code is within areas characterized as Unreachable, then there is a one-time Unreachable Area Cost of €20 (twenty euros) per order.

The customer's order is sent to the address he indicated when registering his order. In case of incorrect data entry, resulting in the incorrect calculation of shipping costs, the additional shipping costs are borne by the customer. It is sent within ten (10) working days at most from the date of its submission, except in cases of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

If the customer wishes a faster delivery of the order, he must contact the company so that alternative ways of faster shipping can be sought. There may be an additional charge from the distribution company.

For bulky parcels (washing machines, refrigerators, kitchens, air conditioners, etc.) the delivery covers up to the sidewalk of the building. If the customer wishes a delivery to a specific floor, prior consultation with the transport company must be made.
For deliveries with a transport company outside Crete and Athens, payment by cash on delivery is not supported.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order, in case of non-coverage of the recipient's area, by the cooperating transport company.

In case of unavailability of an ordered item, resulting in an increase in delivery time, the Company will immediately notify the customer of the delay in delivery of the item. If it is judged by the customer that this delay makes the transaction unprofitable, then the customer can request the cancellation of the order for the specific item. Possibly existing other items in the order are delivered normally.
