Product returns

  1. External - Aesthetic - Functional Defects:

Upon receipt, the customer can check the products for any external, aesthetic, defects. In case the customer finds that the product has such defects, he has the right to refuse receipt by noting the reason on the delivery note. eg refusal of receipt due to "hit" product. In cases where the customer unconditionally accepts the item to be delivered, it will be considered that it was delivered in excellent condition, externally and without aesthetic defects. In courier deliveries, the products are checked within the first 24 hours and if the customer notices external aesthetic defects in the device, communicates with our company. In both cases (via shipping and courier) the customer can, in addition, check the products for any operational defects within 48 hours and contact the company. After 24 hours, for external and aesthetic defects and / or 48 hours for functional defects, it will be considered that the product was delivered well in excellent condition.

 

  1. Returns of products charged by the Company:

The return of products is charged to the Company in all the following cases:

 

2.1 In all cases in which other than the sold are delivered, by type or quantity.

 

2.2 In case during delivery the item has packaging damaged, completely or for the most part.

 

2.3 In the event that a product (s) is found to be defective upon delivery to the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "DOA"). In this case, the return of the products will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from their delivery to the Customer. The above is without prejudice to the individual DOA policies of the manufacturers of the products as long as they comply with the Applicable Legislation.

 

2.4 In case the product is found to have a manufacturing defect. In cases of return charged by the company the products must be returned in the condition received by the Customer and at the time agreed.

 

For all the above cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging does not exist or also except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by distributors upon delivery of the item). The return of the products at the charge of the Company will take place either by personal and means of transport of the Company or by courier, or at the headquarters of the Company.

 

After the return of the products, the defect mentioned by the Customer is checked and then he is contacted to be informed about the results of the check.

 

In case of return of the products, as the case may be, free repair, or replacement, otherwise reduction of the price or cancellation of the transaction will be carried out according to what is specifically defined in article AK 540, provided that the products have been previously received and inspected by the Company. In case of cancellation, the refund to the Customer will be made in the same way as their payment was made by the Company. Specifically, the refund to the Customer will be made in case of payment by credit card, with cancellation of the credit card debit, which will be made by the Company and in case of payment by cash, if the Customer had selected the option "receipt from the store ", will be done by returning his money to him from the headquarters.

  1. Returns of products charged by the Customer

  1. Withdrawal

Products that are returned without packaging or with damaged packaging, but with full accompanying documents, will be subject to a reduction in the refundable value of up to 15%. Products, which are returned without packaging or with damaged packaging, but with complete accompanying documents and have been activated in the manner of initial installation (such as printers, machines, laptops, tablets, desktops, smartphones, cameras, televisions, accessories, such as mounts etc.), will be subject to a reduction in the return value of up to 20%. 4.5 The right of withdrawal does NOT apply: a) In cases where the products have been used.   1. d) In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return as soon as they are unsealed for health reasons or for hygiene reasons (eg shavers / epilators, electric toothbrushes, kitchen utensils, etc.). e) In cases of supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the execution started with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and the confirmation by him that he loses the right of withdrawal.
